1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and mco99 ("mco99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at mco99.one and any associated subdomains or applications (collectively, the "Platform").

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of mco99 or any of its affiliated or partner entities, unless prior written approval has been obtained.

mco99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts for which satisfactory proof is not provided within a reasonable period may be suspended or closed. Any balance held in a closed ineligible account will be handled in accordance with our verification procedures.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money services on the mco99 Platform, you are required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify mco99 promptly of any changes.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one active account on the mco99 Platform. If mco99 identifies that a user has registered more than one account — whether under the same or different credentials — all associated accounts may be suspended or permanently closed, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings may be voided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. mco99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify mco99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.

3.4 Account Verification

mco99 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") standards. You may be required to submit supporting documents — including but not limited to a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership — before withdrawals are processed or at any time mco99 deems verification necessary.

4. Deposits & Payments

mco99 supports deposits via a range of payment methods including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Public Bank, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. mco99 reserves the right to void transactions and close accounts where third-party funding is identified.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per method. Current limits are displayed at the time of deposit and are subject to revision. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. mco99 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the chosen payment method requires otherwise. Exchange rate conversions, where applicable, are applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. mco99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or methods not previously used by the account holder.

Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed the applicable KYC verification requirements. mco99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification.

Withdrawal processing times are indicative only: e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

mco99 reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits and to stage large withdrawals across multiple payments. In cases where mco99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, withdrawal processing may be suspended pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

mco99 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated to you at the point of opt-in and published on the relevant promotional page. General conditions applicable to all mco99 bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 21 and above who have satisfied applicable verification requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum cashout amounts are specified per bonus.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Where a player is eligible for multiple concurrent bonuses, the applicable bonus will be specified at opt-in.
• mco99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice where it determines that the promotion has been or is being misused.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering designed to satisfy requirements without genuine play, or use of multiple accounts — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the mco99 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios and use independently certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology. Game outcome results are determined by the certified RNG and are not subject to manipulation by mco99 or any other party.

In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your screen and the result recorded on our server, the server record shall be the definitive result. Technical or connectivity failures on the user's side do not affect the validity of a round already initiated on our servers.

mco99 is not responsible for losses arising from technical failures on the part of your device, internet service provider, or local network. In the event of a demonstrable platform-side error materially affecting a game outcome, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned at mco99's discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mco99 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform other than through the standard user interface.
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, or software error to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts.
• Allowing third parties to access or use your mco99 account.
• Engaging in conduct that mco99 reasonably determines to be an abuse of any promotional offer or bonus scheme.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mco99, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

mco99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Privacy

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
